Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customer’s by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be Assigned:
● Stay updated on processes, supplies and equipment
● Training new employees
● Routine quality checks to ensure ours & client standards are being met
● Providing coaching & retraining for any employee who needs further guidance
● Ensure employee success during a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)
● Getting supplies to accounts for employees
● Regular positive communication with customers and employees
● Covering shifts for employees who are absent
● The ability to do project work individually when necessary
● Taking the lead in project work when necessary
● Communicating with employees to staff project work
● Creating order lists for upper management
● Keeping track of & updating inventory
● Helping create new documentation as requested
● Creating task sheets for new accounts
● Updating existing documentation as needed
● Helping maintain organization in the office and supply areas
● Updating time keeping system for employees & building schedules
● Bi-weekly time keeping system audits for payroll
● Daily check-ins via phone call with your direct supervisor
● Quarterly self performance review (KPI)
● Routine closet audits for our janitorial accounts
● Working with management monthly to ensure employee production hours are within standards

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- Must have an eye for detail
- Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required
- 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
